Candida Felici is a pianist, harpsichordist and musicologist. She has been invited to perform in festivals and venues like Il Suono Occulto (Parma), Milano Musica, Accademia FIlarmonica (Rome), Journées GRAME (Lyon), Aspekte (Salzburg), Mostra Sonora (Sueca, Spain), Forum Neue Musik (Luzern), Festival Internacional Cervantino (Guanajuato, Mexico), International Forum of Cultures UNESCO (Monterrey, Mexico), Foro Internacional de Musica Nueva (Mexico City), Italian Institute of Culture (Amsterdam), Mantova Musica Contemporanea, Festival Antidogma (Turin).
In 2003 she was awarded a Ph.D. (Summa Cum Laude) at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, and n 2005 she won a scholarship for post-doctoral research at the University of Bologna. She is Professor of Musicology at Como Conservatory (Italy).
She loves mixing performance and research, and writing on composers whose works she plays, as in the case of Jonathan Harvey and Franco Donatoni,  Recently she has been integrating lectures and performances at the piano.
